B.	Pan Card Copy of approved user/ Authorized person.
C.	Pan Card Copy of HUF.
D.	Copy of Deed.
E.	Authority Letter of HUF. (draft format downloadable)
F.	Copy of Client Master towards proof of an existing Commodity Demat Account.
G.	Proof of Address (Certified copy of any one of the following may be submitted).
	1. Bank Pass book copy 2. Electricity / telephone bill in the customer’s name (not more than two months old). 3. Leave and license agreement.
