| IBMA has been incorporated as a company limited by shares with profit objective.
It will be managed by a team of professionals, who will be responsible for all day-to-day
matters. The Board of Directors of IBMA will consist of: |

- Representatives of National Spot Exchange Limited
- Representatives from bullion dealers
- Professional and independent directors having experience in bullion trade

| Committees |
| In order to carry out its various activities, IBMA will constitute various Technical
Committees for advising the IBMA Board on specific areas. Some of such committees
will be: |
|
- Technical Committee for approval of refineries
- Advisory Committee for finalizing the Code of Conduct and Professional ethics to
be followed by IBMA members
- Trade Advisory Committee, which will advise the Board on various issues faced by
the Bullion trade and industry and the measures to be taken for solving such issues
